Are the Hampton Inn’s eggs real?
I am the Assistant General Manager of this establishment. Each morning, we offer a wide selection of breakfast foods, including make-your-own waffles, freshly prepared oatmeal, hot items (always an egg, protein, and carbohydrate), bagels, Danish, bread, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal.
- We do have real eggs.
- However, they will likely not meet your expectations if you are looking for eggs that have been cracked and cooked.
- The eggs we receive are refrigerated and pasteurized to ensure their safety.
- Then, we bake them in the oven.
- Similarly, the egg omelets are sent to us, and we cook them.

There is no optimal time to consume breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your meal planning will be determined solely by your schedule. You should eat roughly every 2 to 3 hours. Depending on your schedule, you may consume breakfast at 6 a.m., a snack at 9 a.m., lunch at 12 p.m., a snack at 3 p.m., dinner at 6 p.m., and possibly a snack at 9 p.m.
