Breakfast Shot Components:
- 1 oz The Jameson Irish Whiskey brand
- A half-ounce of butterscotch schnapps
- 1 ounce of orange juice, ideally freshly squeezed, but bottled is also acceptable.
- 1 tsp maple syrup
What constitutes a breakfast shot?
Breakfast Shot: One ounce of Irish Whiskey 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps.3 oz Orange Juice.
This “cocktail” is comprised of the novel combination of Bailey’s and lime juice. You take a shot of Bailey’s and hold it in your mouth before taking a shot of lime juice and swirling the mixture. The acidity of the lime causes the Bailey’s to rapidly curdle, to the point where you must chew down the solidified mass.
What does a Mcgriddle shot contain?
Chill three-quarters of a shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey and three-quarters of a shot of butter. Shake and strain the mixture into a shot glass. Add an OJ chaser. OJ followed by a shot.
